Employees are entitled to one week of paid vacation after one year of full-time employment.
Our stores close for four holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Store Sales Personnel who are with us 90+ days receive holiday pay on those days.
Employees are entitled to purchase A World of Tile merchandise for personal use at 15% over cost.
